NBN Conncted ibut where is my FTTC nbn™ connection box

NBN informed me I was connected and to contact a supplier. 

I have the supplier's equipment, which appears straightforward to install. However I do not have any email or anything about getting a  FTTC nbn™ connection box.

What is the best approach?
