Hey TPG Team,
I have recently received the TPG router and have an NBN box at my apartment. However, the NBN box is missing the power cable which means I currently cannot connect to the internet.
Can you please advise what to do?

Since the power cable or adapter of the NBN NTD box is missing, then our NBN Provisioning team might need to order a replacement.
