NBN Connection Device does not have power cable

Hey TPG Team,

 

I have recently received the TPG router and have an NBN box at my apartment. However, the NBN box is missing the power cable which means I currently cannot connect to the internet. 

 

Can you please advise what to do?

Since the power cable or adapter of the NBN NTD box is missing, then our NBN Provisioning team might need to order a replacement.

Please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number along with your preferred time and best number to be contacted for further discussion.
