My NBN installation is due for tomorrow, we have received the modem but no connection device. Please can you confirm it will be brought by the installer

Hi @bb, we've got the account now. As per checkin, your address is classified by NBN Co. as Service Class 32, which means that it's NBN Fibre to the Curb (FTTC) serviceable and a technician is required to install the NCD.
The installation has been booked for today and the technician will bring the NCD to install it.
