NBN Connection Speed

I have just initiated and switched all cords and modem and nbn connector, all cords in correct place and password put in to access wifi..... BUT..... I cannot even access the Internet explorer, that’s how slow it is!

I need real help and this is ridiculous.

I’m thinking of breaking my contract already! I thought TPG had a good name for a fast NBN speed.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and reviewed the account.

 

The current speed plan that you have for TPG NBN is our basic NBN12/1 tier. We understand that you were able to contact our Tech team yesterday and was advised to upgrade your plan to NBN50 in order to get a much higher speed.

 

The account is already marked off and ready to be upgraded. I'll notify our Change of plan team to contact you between 11AM - 12NN today, or you may contact them directly at 1300-920-158 to process it.
