Hi, I received now the modem but there is no nbn connection box at my new place - I think it’s a hfc connection box that is needed. Is there any way to check if and when this box will be shipped to me?
If your address is eligible for remote installation, there is an NBN equipment that has been pre-installed. Whilst there are some cases that an on-site visit is required to install the required equipment for service activation. If you are missing an NTD box, we recommend that you contact our Service Delivery Team at 1300023575 to request for a replacement.
