We have located the account using your community details. As per checking, your NBN order has been lodged to NBN Co. on May 19,2019. NBN Co. advised us on May 21,2019 that the location is not serviceable, thus your order has been withdrawn.
We can see that you have been in touch with one of our Provisioning Case Managers who advised the process in closing the account and this has been provided through email as well.
