I am in a duplex townhouse and my side is not registered with NBN; only next door is. I have been going around the buoy with TPG for over two weeks now, using on line chat service, trying to understand what the issue is and then trying to recitfy this situation and was guranteed I would be contacted on Friday with an update. This has not happened and my last chat resulted in me being recommended to this forum for assistance ........... given the current climate of home schooling senior high school students and working from home I really need this recitfied quickly as the ADSL connection is not keeping up with the requirement.
