NBN Connection

I have recently taken the NBN connection from TPG and the connenction was supposed to install on 28th March,2020.But on 23rd March, 2020. I got an email which said  the  installation is on hold as there is a External Network Shortfall. 

 As you know, due to COVID19, all the offices have started working from home. In this stage my office have also advised me to work from home, and because of no internet, it is very difficult for me to work from home. Could you please do it ASAP, otherwise i will loose my job. It would be a great help if you could do it. Looking forward to your reply
