NBN Instalation : No Response from Relocation Team

Hi Team,

I requested a relocation request to transfer my NBN to a location where ADSL2 is present. Upon searching the address in NBN website I discovered that NBN is available in the same plot# but its just that the specific apartment is not connected to NBN.

 

After 5 days, someone from customer case said that they need to raise a request with NBN to install NBN equipments.

Ever since then I have not recieved any update from the relocation team which is making my moving in very difficult. Atleast team can share a timeline of when teh instalation might happen.

Really appreciate in case someone responds.
