I have had TPG NBN for a couple of years already and I have noticed a material deterioration in speed over the last two months. The average download speed now ranges between 150kbps to 2.30mbps which is quite unacceptable. I am barely able to conduct video calls without issues on lagging or loss of audio / video.
Can you please advice on what the issue is and whether there is anything I need to do on my end? I have restarted the router / modem multiple times and it has no effect.
