NBN Installation / Connection

I have recently connected my NBN device and modem as the TPG installation guide instructed, however my internet still isnt working. The Blue power light is on, but the blue linking light flickers and the device is making a clicking noise. None of the other blue lights are on. The NBN device is plugged into the only phone socket in my house.

Hi carnemolla24,

I have just checked with nbn and noted that  your installtion still in progress from nbn end so they are still working over your line so i suggest better to leave those device connected. That clickig noise is normal during connection phase.
