NBN Installation Not Working

Hi TPG, 

 

I have received a text saying that my NBN services awaiting activiation and prompts me to connect my NBN modem to activate. I have done this and followed the instructions to connect.

 

However, the internet light does on the modem doesn't light up and the NCD only lights up 2 of the 4 buttons.

 

I have tried connecting three times and still the same result. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's probably the Power and Lan lights on. The 2nd and 3rd lights off indicate a problem with the external network.
