NBN Installation help

I’ve been waiting for my NBN service to be active so I can use the internet for 3 months now and NBN recently finished all the equipment installations at my property and said that my house address is NBN ready. TPG still hasn’t connected my service after contacting them for the 3rd time and I need an update immediately please.
