NBN Installation not completed

It being chasing since long time for NBN installation at new property. Technician came and not fixed the issue and got TAT till 6 December and also schedule several appointments for installation but no luck so far. Got Ticket No. 8705084. But not sure it’s issue ticket number or just call id.
Anybody can help ? Will be highly appreciated.
