1. we have receive the equipment,

2. we have connected the equipment using the instructions provided, and powered it up

3. we have unplugged all phones and filter devices

nbn not connecting.

starting to agree that nbn stands for No Bloody Network!

 

I have just checked my account and it still shows my current plan as ADSL 2+
