Finally after 6 weeks, the NBN boxes on the outside and the inside of the house have been installed by multiple technicians following civil works to locate the conduit. The NTD box inside the house has green lights on both the power and optical indicators, but no light on the alarm indicator. A TPG vr1600 modem is connected in wireless mode with tested ethernet cable to NTD box, but still no internet. What's going on?
