NBN Modem clicking and red flashing signal

Hi Team, Its Christmas eve and your office is closed. Woke up this morning to a clicking modem and no internet.

Tried restarting and no luck.....cabling and existing setup has been untouched...no current outrages locally that I can see by my research.
