Get online support

NBN NCD doesn't connect

I am upgrading from a ADSL connection to a NBN connection and have recived the router and NBN box, however when they are plugged in the link and dsl lights on the NBN box flash on and off, but no connection is established. Staying on ADSL would suit me fine, but it will be disconnected later this year.

I have rung customer support twice now and have followed the instructions, including checking things are plugged into the correct ports and reseting the NBN box. Both times I have been told I will need a NBN technition to come out, but I'm yet to get an appointment.

It's starting to feel a lot like I'm getting fobbed off.

What more do I need to do to get this resolved?

Hi @tbwgg1 ,

For new services, we recommend customers to check if their service has been installed and activated.

We have created this community article, which contains a video on How to track your TPG service installation

We also send an email notification once the service is activated.

If you have received this email and the service is still not working, we recommend to check if the equipment is properly set up and we have created setup guides for all technologies that TPG use : New Connection Setup Help

For us to further assist you, please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, username and complete address so we can pull up the account and help get to the bottom of this.

To send a PM, please refer to this link: How do I private message (PM) in the community
