NBN NCD not delivered

I haven’t received NBN NCD, have only received modem.

As per instructions, I am required that device to activate my service.

Can someone please let me know how I can request TPG to send NBN NCD?

Hi @Tapan,

TPG do not shipped the NBN FTTC NCD (Network Connection Device) out to customers. Your NCD should be installed when the NBN tech completes your NBN installation.

I recently moved into this address. I applied this new connection before moving in and TPG has online check confirmed the availability of NBN. Though there is no NCD at premises, found out while trying to activate service.

How do I get this NCD? Is there a way to order?

Sounds like the previous tenant may have taken it with them. Can you please private message me your full name, customer ID, username or mobile number and I’ll get it escalated.
