NBN New box not working all green lights not on

Trying to set up new NBN x 2 boxes keep resetting over 48hours turning on and off but “all” green lights not on only 4(power, 2.4g, 5g, WAN) and in NBN box only 2 blue lights (link and power).
Can someone please assist?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and checked your NBN order.

The installation of your NBN service is still in progress. We'll raise this with our NBN service delivery team and a case manager will be in touch with you via SMS or phone call for further discussion.

 

We understand that your ADSL service is still working. Please still use the service, while waiting for the NBN to be installed.
