We're sad to know that you had issue with the service, I ran another test to the cnonection it shows now connected to the network for connected for 3h 52m, please confirm if the issue still persists so we can proceed with further investigations.
Our NBN is not working today. On checking the nbn site, it says 'scheduled maintenance for the whole day'. If TPG is made aware of this, why do we get any notification about this. Access to internet is so critical and very disappointed to find out about the maintenance
Thanks. My concern is about communication regarding a 'planned maintenance'. If NBN is conducting a planned activity, I take it that they will communicate to TPG. If TPG is aware of this, should they not let the scribers in the affected area know about the planned outage. I can understand if it was 'unplanned'
