NBN Outage

Hi guys,

I received a msg from TPG that NBN outage in my area has been resolved, however I still can’t login to the Internet, I’ve reseted both NBN and Internet modems. No lucks here and still on the waiting call more than an hour w TPG. Is technician working at all?
