NBN Service

I got email from TPG. TPG NBN Service active but I don’t receive any modem from TPG so how I can fix this. The modem take 2 or 3 day for delivery. Please help me on this.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and reviewed the order.


There are cases that the installation/activation of the NBN account is completed first before the modem arrives. It seems that your premises have the necessary NBN equipment in which the account can be activated remotely.


The modem was already shipped and will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days. We don't have any means to expedite it as it's already in transit.
