NBN Technician sent to wrong address

Why am I receiving these harassing text messages when TPG knows I don’t yet have NBN installed due to the mess created by TPG?

Hi @gasparovic 

I belive you received the white NCD and the white TP-link Router? 

Have you tried plugging  ONLY the white NCD into a phone socket, and waiting  the 30 - 60 mins for it to sync up with the Network ? 
This should allow at least  3 SOLID blue lights on the NCD.

Hi, it is now installed. Can we please confirm the installation address. As my adsl service was still working. Is that correct

Hi Mal, I have installed the NCD and it’s been connected for 13 hours. I have the blue power indicator and a flashing red link indicator which occasionally turns to flash blue. It doesn’t seem to be syncing. Can we please confirm that the wiring in the pit has been connected as my ADSL service was still running on the same socket.

Please let me know next steps.

I am going to reconnect my ADSL modem to at least have that working as at the moment I have no internet.
