i registered with TPG on 1st April (silly me,april fool). I paid more than $230 for internet and mobile phone sim card. The sim arrived, as did the modem. However the NBN tech who was supposed to be here yesterday morning has disappeared. Have you seen him? Perhaps he caught the wrong bus? Did he go home with ET?

Who knows?

I know this though... TPG is owned and operated by VODAFONE australia. So if you've experienced Vodafones lack of customer service/care,you'll know what to expect from TPG...

It's like waiting for a Covid test.. You will be told to come back tomorrow..
