I’ve now received two messages asking me to connect my NBN and modem. When I do, though, I only get the power light on the NBN device. The connection light blinks for a few seconds then it stops then it blinks again. It seems my connection is not activated. I’m a bit annoyed because of course I’ve paid for this new connection and I am getting nothing. I have to work from home but it’s near impossible without internet and I am chewing through my mobile data. Can someone please help me. I spent 6 hours on the chat line the other day on this issue with no luck - the line kept dropping out. Not happy.
