Hi, I have received my NBN boxes on last Thursday, It wasn’t working during installation. I have contacted a technician from TPG, he advised me to try to connect once a day, if not working I can go back to use my ADSL. However this morning I tried to connect my ADSL, after failed connect to my NBN. It couldn’t be connected at all. Now I have no internet, just use my mobile data to contact here. I have my online exams coming up soon. It is need to be fixed urgently, thx.
