NBN box not working

Mine is Arris CM8200. The downstream and upstream lights are now solid blue. No internet connection despite wifi is connected . Home phone doesn’t work either (the package is home phone plus NBN with TPG). Any idea??

You may perform a reset on the modem to see if the connection changes.
