Got TPG NBN installed on 19/5, the tech guy came in laid the cable, two days later section of cable ducting fell off wall, then last night, most part of ducting fell off, it made a safe hazard for living in my home. No one can live in a home like this.
Logged a call on 22/5, no one called. I called today, but there is no answer when it could be fixed. I don't understand, when I tried to sign up, I got a called to confirmed my installation date on that afternoon; now I have a serious safety hazard in my home because of the NBN installation, no one seems to care. Very disappointed. Please send cable guy to fix this ASAP.
