By consumer policy, we can't force customers to buy our router,

I Just checked your records,
I found when you signed up for NBN modem, did not request router,
that's why we send only NCD only.
(Some of our customers use their routers,)
You can call customer service and arrange a new modem to send out,
or I can arrange a call back for youThanks
