NBN comparable wifi router required

Good morning,

I was advised to make a new post about not having received the NBN-compatable wifi router from TPG with my NBN connection box.
Can you please send this out to me asap as I keep receiving text messages from TPG to connect my service but am unable to get it to work with my old TPG router. This is getting frustrating as I thought TPG would have sent me a everything I needed to connect to NBN in the original package, but I had to buy a new cord and now its been confirmed by another moderator that I should have received an NBN comparable wifi router as well.

Many thanks,
Maja

@Majamo

By consumer policy, we can't force customers to buy our router,
as I mentioned earlier, some of our customers like to use 3rd party routers,
So! that's why there is an option to choose NBN plans,
I will arrange a Back ASAP for you.

Thanks

I Just checked your records,
I found when you signed up for NBN modem, did not request router,
that's why we send only NCD only.
(Some of our customers use their routers,)
You can call customer service and arrange a new modem to send out,
or I can arrange a call back for you

Thanks

Hi Rajen,

I'm sorry I didn't understand I needed one. I thought TPG would know, as they have a file on what I have received whether I have comparable technology or not.

If you could ask them to call me that would be great as I've spent a couple of hours on the phone queue to try to sort this out already this week.

Many thanks
