NBN connection Box missing

Hi Guys,

I moved to a new place and it is missing the NBN box, I already recieved the modem (archer vr1600v) and I only need the NBN box to connect the NBN cable. How can I get one?

The connection box is also missing at the place I just moved into.

Can you please advise me on the steps to take to resolve this.

I have contacted TPG, NBN Co and my real estate agent.

Hi Paulo,

On checking the NBN has a visit appointment date to install the NBN HFC black box for you on 07-04-2020 between 8AM-12PM.
You will receive a confirmation through email and SMS for the appointment.
