NBN connection box is on but

I set up my NBN box exactly as stipulated. The DSL light is solid blue. But I've received messages from TPG implying that I have not connected the NBN box. I've been waiting for about 10 days to get an internet service. It's very frustrating. What more can I do? Peter

Hi @pjkeenan 

 

We checked your account and it appears that the NBN service is still awaiting activation.

 

Just leave everything On and connected. An email notification will be sent to you once the service is active.

 

Please note that the usual installation/activation of the service is within 2 to 30 working days, but our Provisioning team is looking to activate your service as soon as possible.
