NBN connection box missing

I have only received the NBN modem you sent. Do I need a NBN connection box for the connection as well? My schedule installation appointment with the NBN people is on 21/7.

As per checking, your address is classified by NBN as Service Class 22, which means that a technician is required to visit the premises and install the wall plate/coaxial outlet and the NTD/NBN connection box.
