My Internet and phone are both out of service. The NBN Connection box has power and the red light is flashing.
I have followed your troubleshooting tips:
1. Checked to see if there is an outage and there are no reports of one
2. Disconnected the power for 30 seconds and reconnected
3. Clicked the reset button for >2 seconds
4. Tried to call TPG support, but no phone support is available
Can you please help.
