NBN connection box

Hi,
I really need help with my NBN installation. i dont have the connection box at my home where I just moved in. But I cant contact anyone to find help. I cant call, already chat with few people but they just off the chat.

Hi,

We're sorry to learn that you encountered issues in getting your service activated. 

Your service type is NBN - HFC (Hybrid Fibre Coaxial) which requires an NBN Network Termination Device  ( Black box supplied by NBN) to operate.

Please goto   https://www.tpg.com.au/support/contact Chat and select “Customer Service “ + [ CHAT WITH INSTALLATION & SERVICE DELIVERY] 

Ask for an NBN site visit to supply  and install an NBN HFC - NTD (black box).

I did chat with them and all I got is wait in the line to talk to the case manager and then no one reply to me again
