NBN home phone could not receive call from TPG mobile

Hi,

I recently had my NBN service with TPG, everything else works fine but just have this one issue where anyone calling this home phone from their mobile and unless they use Telstra mobile service the call is successful, any other network had problem, it simply says the phone line has been disconnected.

Has anyone encountered similar problems ? Please suggest and help to resolve this issue.
