I just need to let my strata know if there will be any holes drilled into the walls of my apartment

It has 2 electrical sockets located next to the phone connection

Your NBN order is for NBN-FTTC.

This should work over the existing phone line with an additional NTD box. It doesnt need to be installed on any walls and can sit on the floor/table/desk.

It looks like a NBN technician appointment is required to attend your premises 

I will escalate this and someone will contact you ASAP to make an appointment. Someone will need to be home and available.

The NBN tech will deliver the NTD based on the order class.
