I switched from tpg ADSL to NBN service on 4/4. Prior to the date, I received two messages about a technician will come and install the equipment. On the date, no one shown up but I received a text from TPG that the NBN installation was completed. I followed the instruction sheet and turned on the modem and plugged in the cables as advised. However, the internet light was never on and my internet was disabled. This issue was escalated to the helpdesk but so far there is no response from the concerned area nor they come up with any resolution. Every consultants asked about the black connection box which I didn’t have. I have been live chatted with at least 5 consultants but all could not figure out the issues. I requested to cancel the contract and cancel my account as no service has been provided to the users. Please send email confirmation to confirm the cancellation, thank you
