NBN installation fault

After more than 2 weeks of opening a TPG account, a technician came to our house on 14 April to instal the NBN, but he said there is a blockage in the NBN terminal outside the house and he can not connect it the day and he has to call the NBN provider to come and fix the blockage.
We haven't see any changes since and even I cannot connect TPG customer service after 50 mins of holding.
Anyone here can guide me what can I do?
