Its been almost two weeks now since we moved into a new house. I’ve contacted TPG regarding an installation as they told me that there isn’t one in my address. They’ve told me to contact NBN themselves. I did and NBN keeps saying that they’re a wholesaler and I should keep in contact with my ISP.
I just keep getting passed on to different customer service representatives and the queue times are really long like 1hr average. I have been with TPG for a long time and I really need NBN installed in my new home as I work from home and I struggle to use 4G.
