NBN installation off track

Been trying to get in touch with TPG for the last 5 days to clarify the detals of my NBN installation, but no one is answering phones, chats or multiple email addresses.


My NBN installation is going off track and this needs to be sorted out.  For example, the modem was sent to WA, rather than the Qld property for installation.  The installation is to an apartment maoinframe, but they are not aware of that.  The install is booked for this Friday 8-12, but the mainframe access is not until 9...


There are many more issues, but I need to establish a line of communication with someone who can alter the direction of this anticpated train crash.
