Hello,
I just set up nbn 4 days ago from adsl and now
I tried to upgrade my NBN plan from NBN12 standard to NBN50 Standard Plus but it won't let me do it.
I keep getting this error at the final step:
< E:adsl_comm:thread_exists >
I called call centre no answer; I wrote several messages to support no answered 4 days.
It would be awesome if someone could explain or help me with this.
