NBN installation status

I have ordered the plan on 24/01 and recieved the modem on 27/01. The installation status was the same since day 1 as:
Your installation is progressing.
We’re working hard on getting the service available for you. We'll keep you posted on the progress
Is it impossible to get the installation completed before 13/02?

We tried to use your community details to pull up the accountt but no matching records were found.

If you're with TPG NBN service, Installation of NBN service generally takes less than 10 business days but can take longer in some cases, depending on the demand of NBN services in your area and the availability of the NBN technician to perform the installation.

 

For TPG FTTB, application takes approximately 10 working days however in some cases can take up to 20 working days.

The installation is still within given time frame, updates will be provided via email or SMS when it becomes available.
