Hi. We’ve been waiting for over a week for the NBN service to be activated. We have the modem all ready to go but I haven’t heard anything from your end after contacting you the first time

We have located the account using your community details and we can see that we are waiting for the device installation.

 

Have you connected the NBN Connection Box (NCD) and the TPG Modem? Are you able to check if the equipment are properly set up?

I have reconnected the device. Are you able to detect it now?

Hi @hennrant

We are still unable to detect your device.  We can see that the NBN Network Connection Device (NCD) is not present in your premises which you have confirmed with your building admin.

 

With this being said, our team has arranged for a new NBN NCD to be shipped to your preferred address.

 

Delivery of the NCD to metro areas and major towns will take between 1-2 business days and delivery to rural and remote areas will take between 2-5 business days.

 

Once you receive that, kindly follow the steps located here and if there are still issues please inform us.

Hi. Yes thank you I received the NCD this morning and it’s connected now.
