I’ve kept getting these messages from TPG and did what it has asked but nothing happened! What should I do now??? I have got the modem on 28 April and was told it would take 2-30 days for installation but it seems a big time range and confusing.

After my NBN was finally connected on 19 May, my landline has not been working since then as I did request to port my previous number from Telstra to TPG within my contract. Can anyone give me some help? Thanks
