NBN installation

Good afternoon,

I have ordered a plan from tbg and they said that a co nbn technician is required, but my agent informed me that my apartment is NBN ready and available.

Am I missing out on something or the two things are different from each other?

I was able to locate the account using your community details, I was able to confirm that the installation of the service requires NBN technician to complete and activate the service. It is scheduled on Thursday, 24 December 2020, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
