NBN installation

TPG advised that NBN will be installed on my premises on Thursday, 1 October 2020 between the times of 1-5pm. I had to take the day off to ensure someone was home, however, no one showed up. 

 

I tried to reschedule the appointment, but TPG's website kept saying the rescheduling was unsuccessful.

 

Can you please explain why no one came to install NBN as scheduled and why no one bothered to follow up with the missed appointment?
