Hi, I have just ordered a new FTTC NBN connection from TPD, however as my house is a new development on an exiting block. a new cable need to run from pit in the street to the house. I try add that comment to my order and advise TPG, i cannot get through to TPG at all through phone calls. so i have no idea how do i tell TPG that or if i need to tell TPG that at all.

Once the NBN service installation is complete you may proceed on setting up the equipment or the modem/router. You may check this guide.
In this particular case, we've seen that the service is installation is not yet complete, based on the latest update NBN Co. will send an NBN Technician to close the service installation.
